How Normal Request Processing Operates (No Menlo ICAP Interception):
- Request Sent: Client issues
POST gifocus_create_csv.php with form filter parameters.
- Server Responds: Returns genuine
text/csv; charset=UTF-8 stream with Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="...".
- Zero HTML Templates: No
file-download-frame.html or Tornado template is executed or displayed.
- Clean Blob Download: Client checks
Content-Disposition, constructs an in-memory Blob from raw CSV bytes, and initiates file save.
- DOM Preserved:
document.body.innerHTML remains untouched; no styling or page corruption occurs.
